Age-appropriate water self-rescue training for children 6 months to 6 years.

Choose Your Child's Program

Every child receives one-on-one instruction tailored to their age and developmental stage.

Infant Program (6-12 months)

Babies learn to roll onto their backs and maintain an independent back float. They learn to float, rest, and breathe if they accidentally fall into water.

One-on-one lessons • 10 minutes daily • 5 days per week • 6-8 weeks

Toddler & Child Program (1-6 years)

Children learn the full swim-float-swim sequence. They learn to swim face-down, roll to back float to breathe, then roll back to continue swimming toward safety.

Daily Lessons

10-minute lessons, 5 days per week, conducted one-on-one at your pool. Short sessions keep your child focused and comfortable.

Skill Building

Progressive techniques are introduced over 6-8 weeks, building muscle memory and confidence with each session.

Graduation & Maintenance

Once your child masters their self-rescue skills, we'll guide you on maintenance practices to keep those skills sharp.
