What Your Child Will Learn
Our self-rescue program teaches three life-saving skills that could make the difference in an emergency.
Flip
If your child falls into water, they learn to roll onto their back into a floating position, keeping their face above water so they can breathe.
Float
Your child learns to rest and breathe independently on their back, staying calm and conserving energy until help arrives or they can swim to safety.
Swim
Children learn to move through the water toward the wall or the edge of the pool, building the strength and coordination to reach safety on their own.
How It Works
Getting started is simple. Here is what to expect when you enroll your child in Flip Float Swim.
Contact Sandra
Reach out by phone, email, or our enrollment form. Sandra will answer your questions and schedule a start date that works for your family.
8-Week Program
Your child receives one-on-one daily lessons at your home pool. Each session builds on the last, progressively teaching flip, float, and swim skills.
Peace of Mind
By the end of the program, your child can self-rescue in the water. You gain the confidence of knowing they have life-saving skills.
What Parents Are Saying
Families across California trust Sandra to teach their children water self-rescue skills.
“We had a great experience with Sandra. Our son was scared to even put his eyes under the water when he started and after the program he was swimming laps in the pool all by himself!”
San Francisco, CA
“After the program my 3 year old daughter is able to swim, flip and float on her back independently, flip to her stomach, and swim to the edge of the pool. Sandra was our teacher and our daughter absolutely loves her.”
San Diego, CA
“Our son loved going to swim with Sandra every day, as she worked her magic and taught him how to float, flip from swim to float, flip from float to swim, climb out of the pool, and move through the water. Sandra is warm, kind, and respectful.”
